Payment, re-debits

We know South Africa and understand all your challenges, and we know that some months you’ll probably run into trouble with your account due to a lost card, an accidental stop payment, or simply because you did not have funds available. No problem.

And if it happens more often than normal, we can suggest you change your debit date or update your account details. Don’t worry, give us a call, or send us an email or WhatsApp.

When you take up insurance cover with One Sure and select any of our top insurance companies, we will collect your account details and arrange a debit order. Once we receive your premium, you will begin receiving cover as of the start date specified in your insurance policy. Each month, payment is taken automatically on the debit date you specify.

Your insurance cover can be cancelled at any time. Just give us a call and speak to our cancellations department, and they will gladly assist.

All insurance companies offer terms and conditions entered and agreed to by you, the client, for a period of 12 months. Thereafter, the same or new terms and conditions will apply, and we will definitely assist in requesting a discount or moving your cover to optimise your monthly savings, so there will be no need to change your car insurance, content, or business cover.
